The service
Promptiful is a library of prompt specs. You search by job, open a role / context / task / format spec, fill variables, and copy or open the text in a model you already use. Promptiful does not call a model for you. Specs are working drafts. They are not legal, medical, financial, or safety advice, and Promptiful is not a licensed professional.
Who these terms bind
These terms are between you and Edison Tan Khai Ping. They are governed by the laws of Malaysia. That choice of law is the operator’s working assumption and should be confirmed before a dispute. Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction, except where a consumer law where you live says you cannot waive a local forum.
Accounts and age
Search, spec bodies, copy, and run links require a Google sign-in. You are responsible for the Google account you use. One person per account. Promptiful is not directed at children under 13. Do not create a session if you are under 13. We do not ask your date of birth.
Free and paid plans
The free library stays free. Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions in USD: Go $9/month or $90/year, Plus $19/month or $190/year, Pro $39/month or $390/year, Master $79/month or $790/year. Annual billing is two months free. There is no free trial. A higher plan includes the shelves below it. The price and renewal sentence next to the button on Pricing are the terms of that charge. Paid bodies stay locked until Stripe marks the subscription active.
Renewal and cancellation
A monthly plan renews each month. An annual plan renews each year. Either renews until you cancel. Cancel from Account (Stripe’s billing page) or by email as the refund and cancellation policy describes. That policy is part of these terms. We do not currently email an annual reminder. If a price for a future renewal changes, we say so before that renewal.
What you may do with a spec
You may use a spec you can open for your own work, including work you do for a client. You may not republish the library, resell access, or copy bodies to build a competing catalogue.
Your material
Text you write into My library stays yours. You let us store it and show it back to you only. It is not published to other users. You need the rights to anything you store. If we learn material in your library infringes someone else’s right, we may delete it. Variable values you type into a spec stay on your device.
Acceptable use
Do not break the service, probe other people’s accounts, or use the site to send unlawful content.
Other products
Run links open a third-party site and send it the resolved prompt. That site’s terms apply to whatever the model does next. You bring your own model subscription.
Changes and availability
Specs are revised. A plan unlocks a depth of bodies, not a frozen document. We may change the library or these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when the terms change. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the new terms.
Ending access
You can stop using Promptiful at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms. Paid access ends when the subscription is no longer active. The free library remains available while the service is up.
Liability
Promptiful is provided as available. We are not liable for output from a model you run, or for decisions you make from that output, except where the law does not allow this limit. Our liability for a paid plan is limited to the fees you paid us for that plan in the three months before the claim, except where the law does not allow that cap. That cap is a commercial choice, not a statutory figure.
