Plans
Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions billed in USD by Stripe, monthly or yearly: Go $9 or $90, Plus $19 or $190, Pro $39 or $390, Master $79 or $790. The yearly price is two months free. There is no free trial. The iOS and Android apps do not sell a separate subscription. If you pay, you pay on promptiful.ai/pricing.
How to cancel
Signed-in subscribers can choose Cancel renewal on Account. That opens a Stripe page where you can stop the next renewal without emailing anyone. If Stripe’s page does not open, email edison88tkp@gmail.com from the Google account on the subscription and name the plan. We stop the next renewal in Stripe. There is no cancellation fee and no requirement to give a reason.
After you cancel
Paid bodies stay open until the end of the period you already paid (the month, or the year on an annual plan). They lock when that period ends. The free library stays available. A cancellation confirmed before a renewal date means that renewal is not charged.
When we refund
- First charge. Email us within 14 days of the first paid charge on the account. We refund that charge and end paid access.
- Billing mistakes. A duplicate charge, or a renewal after we confirmed cancellation before the renewal date, is refunded.
- Later renewals. After 14 days from that charge, a renewal is not refunded. Cancel to stop the next one. You keep access through the period already paid.
- Where the law requires more. If the law where you live gives a longer right to withdraw, that right applies. Email us and we follow it.
One first-charge refund per account. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. We do not store card numbers. We do not email a yearly reminder today. Cancel from Account if you do not want the next renewal.
App stores
If a future purchase is billed by Apple or Google inside an app, request that refund from the store. Those charges are not refunded by Promptiful.

Email edison88tkp@gmail.com from the Google account on the subscription. Include the plan and the charge date. We reply to that address.
